Stupid people

Why do stupid people always want to be in charge of things? And, they think they know everything too! It used to just bother me when people did this to me, but now it bothers me to see it being done to others as well!

When someone sends an email and says something like:

Hey, go look at this link where I posted xyz info on the company blog for our readers to see

And, the dumb ass boss replies:

Oh great thank you for sharing this, I'll get it up on the company blog right away

WTF!?! The employee just said it was already up on the blog and even though the boss made himself look like an stupid idiot for not being able to read...well especially since he hit send to all....it still bugs the shit outta me that people feel the need to belittle others by doing shit like this. If you are not going to take the time to actually READ an email then don't fucking respond to it!

If you are too fucking stupid to comprehend what is being said, then read slower and/or re-read the damn thing; until you think your little bullying brain can figure out a response that doesn't just totally make your employee feel like they are crap beneath your feet.

In this particular situation that am talking about here, the boss doesn't do anything damn thing anyway and doesn't really know how to do any of the stuff that he has the others doing. Since it is volunteers that are the 'employees' and they are not getting paid, I just can't see why my friend would put up with this type of shit from someone who isn't even paying them!

Why not just got volunteer somewhere else or since my friend is highly capable, why not just break away and set up their own thing?

I guess maybe it isn't that easy....it just pisses me off when people bully others in the name of doing good. Or, well, actually it pisses me the fuck off when anyone bullies anyone for any reason!!
