Frustration!

I can't stand when you are having an issue with something and you look everywhere in the help files and forum, can't find an answer. All you find is other stuff unrelated to your problem. Then you also see everywhere that if you can't find an answer to your problem contact us. But there is NO contact information anywhere....you just keeping clicking links and going in fucking circles!

Companies either want people to use their products or they don't! DAMN! If you aren't going to provide customer service then don't pretend to do so. Just put it right up there at the front...

This blogging thing....

Apparently not going so well for me! I forget to use the blog for stuff. I have pleanty that I should get off my chest, but I just never get around to putting it in the blog! So, here goes another try at it, after three months of forgetting.

Thinkin gmaybe I should start reading other peoples blogs too. Maybe that will get me going and I will remember to do my own.
